Our in-house sculptor and model-maker creates detailed moulds in clay, wax, or rubber to reproduce decorative plasterwork and architectural features. These can be cast in glass-reinforced plaster or jesmonite for both internal and external use, produced either on-site or in our workshops.
Our services include:
- Casting cornices, ceiling roses, and wall plaques
- Creating corbels, column heads, niches, and surrounds
- Producing coats of arms, logos, and family crests
- Bespoke mouldings for restoration or interior design
On-site mould-making:
For complex restoration work, moulds can be formed directly on-site using traditional running mould techniques, ideal for cornices, arches, curved walls or ceilings, domes, and decorative panels.
