Lime render work coming soon to a unique Grade II Cottage in North Yorkshire

Having completed some work for this customer in 2016, when they recently bought this pretty terraced cottage last year, we were the first contractors to spring to mind as they contemplated renovation work. A grade II listed property, this cottage was built circa C17 with C18 and C19 subdivision and alterations. The owner of the property has had to work closely with Harrogate Borough Council and their Principal Conservation Officer to ensure that the materials used are sympathetic to the age and style of the building. This included some communication between Ryedale staff and the conservation officer, to ensure we are going to achieve the right finish on our lime render.

As works begin later this summer, we'll keep you posted with photos of progress made and the most exciting part - the finished look of the cottage.
